Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 285(RES) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 285(RES) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 285(RES) am?"
